• Payment guarantee through PayPal Buyer Protection: If you paid SAEJEE through the PayPal payment platform, you are entitled to a refund of the full purchase price, plus any original taxes and charges you paid, within 180 days of the date on which you sent your payment to SAEJEE. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method: your debit or credit card or your PayPal account: https://www.paypal.com/es/digital-wallet/buyer-purchase-protection.
• Refunds for bank transfers and payment methods other than PayPal: In France, consumer law (French Consumer Code, Article L221-18) gives online buyers a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel their purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. In addition, SAEJEE France offers an extended 30-day refund period as a commercial policy.
